Any Amazon customer with an active account will be able to pay his reservation of hotels, flights, trips and any product using Amazon Payment’s payment processing service, Amazon Pay, directly on Destinia’s web
With the aim always in mind to make it easy for the clients, the online travel agency (OTA) Destinia takes a new step and turns into the first large international OTA to integrate Amazon Pay as a payment method. From now on, any Amazon customer with an active account on Amazon will be able to pay his reservation of hotels, flights, trips and any product using Amazon’s processing payment service directly at Destinia’s web.
“It is a question of convenience and trust. At the time of payment, customers can use their Amazon account and pay easily, without having to provide additional information. The last few months we’ve been integrating this innovative method of payment to be able to offer it to all our clients in the European Union first, with an idea of making it available in all the countries where we operate”, indicates Monica E. Prieto, Chief Operating Officer at Destinia.
Destinia expands once again the payment options that it currently offers to their customers. In total, the travel agency has a dozen of methods of payment, from the most traditional, as the credit and debit card, bank transfer, invoicing, deferred payment – up to the most innovative, as Bitcoin and PayPal, and also locals such as Ideal in The Netherlands or Bank Ticket in Brazil.
