Both Travel Republic and Netflights are established UK brands with a long history and a strong customer base. Destinia plans to continue operating the brands while supporting them with its technology and operational platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deal allows Destinia to enter the UK market through brands that are already well known to British travellers. <strong>Travel Republic has consistently received strong customer feedback<\/strong>, which Destinia says it intends to maintain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTravel Republic and Netflights have built long-term relationships with their customers,\u201d said <strong>Ricardo Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, CEO of the Destinia Group. \u201c<strong>Our focus is on keeping the service and booking experience people trust<\/strong>, while supporting the brands with our systems and scale.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destinia said it will prioritise continuity for customers and <strong>expand the range of holidays and flights available, particularly to Mediterranean<\/strong> destinations such as <strong>Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia<\/strong> supported by strong directly contracted partnerships in these markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisition forms part of Destinia\u2019s wider international growth strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"256\" src=\"https:\/\/destinianews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Diseno-sin-titulo-4-1-1024x256.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22409\" srcset=\"https:\/\/destinianews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Diseno-sin-titulo-4-1-1024x256.png 1024w, https:\/\/destinianews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Diseno-sin-titulo-4-1-300x75.png 300w, https:\/\/destinianews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Diseno-sin-titulo-4-1-768x192.png 768w, https:\/\/destinianews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Diseno-sin-titulo-4-1-1536x384.png 1536w, https:\/\/destinianews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Diseno-sin-titulo-4-1.png 1584w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Destinia has acquired the UK travel brands Travel Republic and Netflights as part of its plans to expand in the British market.
